One Summer's day in 1994, C.E.O. Jeff Flathau came home from work to find his wife and co-founder, Heather Flathau, crushing candies and baking shortbread into what is now known as our award-winning Peppermint Snaps (Best of Atlanta, 2003 & 2005; Gourmet Gold Award Dallas World Trade Center, 2018).

A year later, Flathau's Fine Foods was founded, and 25+ years later: Jeff & Heather have added six new candied shortbread flavors, two new brands, and three kids!
