Humble Beginnings
Flathau's Fine Foods is a woman owned cookie manufacturer based in Petal, MS. After 25+ years of business, Jeff and Heather Flathau have added six new flavors of candied shortbreads, cheese straws, and Robicheaux's Pecan Turtles. We only produce the best of the best, which is why 80% of our product line has won at least one award.
Tyler, Hannah, & Heath have grown up on shortbreads and cheese straws. If they're not sick of them yet, you never will be!
So go ahead...indulge!

Cookies for a Cause
In the past, we have supported our local first responders, charity events, and others with our Red Beans and Rice catering fundraisers.
