Mix season packet with three sticks of butter and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat stirring frequently. In separate stock pot bring 4 cups milk to a boil. Add grits packet and cook until completely done. Add 2 cups heavy whipping cream to the grits and stir. Salt and Pepper to taste. While grits are cooking, saute 2 lbs. of medium peeled and deveined shrimp in butter and spices. Ladle shrimp and butter over creamy grits. Serves 8-10 people!
