These light shortbread cookies are covered in powdered sugar and are so light and buttery with little pieces of key lime crunch. The best I've ever tasted! First found these in Key West and finally found them again on Amazon. They also come in Peppermint, Cinnamon, Raspberry and a cinnamon cayenne. I ordered 8 boxes and after my adult son raided the pantry, I have 3 boxes left! These are so YUMMY!!
